handles Debian's finances (as well as legal counsel and similar
services). Its financial statements are published here:

https://www.spi-inc.org/treasurer/

If you want Debian-specific details (SPI serves as a financial host
to many projects, not only Debian), you're going to find that
information within the monthly reports which are current through
November, 2023 as of now.
